How long will it take for my carpet to dry?

This is determined by several factors like the age of your carpet, soil level and how often it has been cleaned in the past. The older your carpet is, the more absorbent it actually becomes. This is because over time the protective coating (put on by the manufacturer) wears off.

Our team uses industrial sized air movers while they clean. This allows the carpet to dry much quicker. They also do a final dry pass on the carpet to ensure the maximum amount of moister is removed. It’s twice the work, but it is important to us that your carpet dries as quick as possible. Your carpets will be barely damp to the touch, never soaking wet.

How long does an average cleaning take?

Most cleaning jobs can be completed in two to three hours, however this will vary based on soil level and square footage. Once our team arrives and assesses your needs they will be able to give you an approximate total job time.

How long do I need to stay off of my carpets after they are cleaned?

While you can walk on the carpet immediately after cleaning, we recommend you keep traffic to a minimum until it is completely dry.

What Does Your Process Involve?

Our process involves taking the time to evaluate your floors before we begin. We will determine what type of flooring you have as well as the type of cleaning products that have been used previously. Once we determine that, we can create a custom cleaning solution unique to your floors needs.
